Natalie Trueheart, Senior Compliance Consultant, has over 18 years of experience in EEO and Affirmative Action, Employee Relations, and Compliance Reporting. As the former Corporate Manager of Fair Employment Practices for Delphi, Natalie was responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the entire FEP process covering over 70,000 employees, both hourly and salaried, in 12 states.
