- Affirmative Action Plan Development and Monitoring – We assist you in the development of affirmative actions by offering a range of services for the development of the written plan and the supporting statistical analyses. Such services include educating clients about designing and implementing personnel tracking mechanisms for applicants, hires, promotions, and terminations to monitor ongoing progress. We also draft the written plans and assist clients in identifying and developing action-oriented programs.
- Statistical Analyses – A key component of plan development is the required statistical analyses: Work Force Analysis/Organizational Profile, Job Group Analysis, Determination of Availability, Comparing Incumbency to Availability and setting Placement Goals. Affirmative action compliance requires much more than number crunching; it requires careful data collection and analysis accompanied by strategic consideration of the issues to be raised in a government review. - Compensation Analysis – We can assist in the preparation of a compensation analysis as well. The OFFCP’s new focus has been discrepancies in compensation systems affecting women and minorities. Using our client’s existing computerized data, we can conduct confidential analysis of its compensation systems and identify potential areas of concern.
