Coaching
today is no longer strictly used to confront challenging people
situations. More and more, organizations are creating a
"coaching culture," in which people at all levels are
being coached for performance and advancement. And now, key
stakeholders in the coaching process can expect (and should
expect) to be able to track the status of multiple coaching
engagements and assess return on investment for each engagement.
Otherwise, how will they know if their coaching culture is
succeeding? This month, we discuss some of these new standards in
coaching effectiveness.
