We
see early signs of a gradual recovery from the recent recession;
however the economists tell us that while some of the economic
indicators are starting to improve, unemployment will remain at
its current high levels for most of the coming year.
What
does that suggest insofar as a company's need to engage and
retain their key employees over the next few years? Is there
a valid concern that many employees are unhappy in their jobs and
waiting to "jump ship" when the economy allows them to
do so? What can companies do to prevent that from happening?
Sincerely,
Lateyfa
