Founded in 1991, EKW&A was created in response to a growing need for organizations to manage employee outplacement and to identify hard-to-find talent through professional search. Today, we use our proven experience, client-centered processes and overall business knowledge to assist companies through the full life cycle of talent management, including attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

Recognized for our expertise in the area of human resource compliance, we also assist companies to formulate, communicate, and implement appropriate policies and procedures, and to develop and review EEO and Affirmative Action Plans. EKW&A conducts performance audits and offers executive coaching and custom training and development programs in order to assist companies to reach their employees and organizational goals.

With offices in Williamsville, New York and our Southern Tier office in Jamestown, NY, we are able to service clients throughout Western New York.
